A small team that ships.

Ammacatize is an Australian IT advisory built deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately hands-on.

Why we exist.

Most IT advisories are built to look impressive on a capability deck. Big logos, big teams, big promises. The experience of being a client inside one of those firms is often the opposite — a partner at the sale, and whoever’s available on the work.

We started Ammacatize because we wanted the opposite shape. Small. Senior. Honest about what we know and what we don’t. Faster than the incumbents not because we’re cutting corners, but because we don’t have six layers of approval between the problem and the person fixing it.

Our clients range from ASX-listed companies to growing Australian businesses. What they have in common isn’t size. It’s patience — specifically, that they’ve run out of it with consultancies that deliver decks instead of outcomes.

How we work.

Fixed-price where we can. Time-and-materials where we can’t. We’ll tell you which applies and why.

Month-to-month. No multi-year trap-door contracts. If we’re not delivering value, leave. That’s the discipline.

Plain English in writing. Every recommendation in writing, every week. No hiding behind verbal updates in meetings.

We say no. If we don’t think a vendor or a project is right for you, we’ll tell you. That’s worth more than a yes that ends in a bad outcome.

Who’s behind it.

Ammacatize was founded by Anthony Gooding. After enough years in Australian IT watching projects get delivered badly by firms that should have known better, he started the company to run the playbook the other way — small team, senior only, and accountable to the outcome, not the process.
