We built our own agent platform. Here’s why.
Every IT advisory in the country is claiming AI expertise right now. Most of them are reselling someone else’s prompt layer in a deck.
We went the other way. In 2025 we started building our own agent platform — ammacatize.ai — because none of the off-the-shelf options could hold up to the kind of production work our clients were asking for. Reliability, audit trails, multi-agent orchestration, and a sane way to keep humans in the loop where it matters.
So we built it. Not a wrapper. The actual platform.

What we build for clients.
Not every engagement needs agents. Most don’t. When they do, here’s the kind of work we take on.
Agents that touch customers.
Inbound comms, triage, booking, follow-up. The places where a good agent replaces a queue of unanswered emails.
Agents that run operations.
Internal workflows — reporting, reconciliation, ticket routing, data movement between systems that don’t talk to each other.
Integration work nobody else wants.
The ugly middle layer. Legacy systems, API gaps, stitching together tools that were never designed to work together. We do the part most consultancies try to avoid.
Governance and guardrails.
How you know what your agents are doing, why they did it, and how to stop them doing it. Because “AI in production” without audit is a regulatory incident waiting to happen.
